Forty-four years divide these two 'Then and Now' pictures taken in Brigg town centre.
The one above, dating back to 1965, shows Brigg Preparatory School, on Bigby Street.
Below is the same view in August 2019, with Demeter House School now well established.
Having offered what was termed private education, The Prep closed some years ago; it had been a feature of local education since the 1920s on various sites.
This large building - once the vicarage - is within the Brigg Conservation Area.
