NEW DETACHED HOME PLANNED NEAR A18 IN BRIGG

Planning permission to erect a detached dwelling on land adjoining 14 Wrawby Road, Brigg, is being requested from North Lincolnshire Council.
Joe Mullen, of 'Berwyn', Wrawby Road, is the applicant, with Donald Kitching, of Bigby, his agent.
The proposed site is described as "mainly grassed with various shrubs and small tress planted within the verges." 
The first stage in the planning process is for Brigg Town Council to consider an application, which then proceeds to North Lincolnshire planners for a decision to be made.
No 14 Wrawby Road is on the opposite side of the A18 to Beldon House.
