Brigg and District Gardening Club, which will not be holding any further get-togethers until the autumn, has sent a heartening message we've been asked to share.
The meeting due to take place on Thursday, 7th May has now been cancelled.
But the club says: "We urge all our members to stay safe and continue to enjoy their gardening and hope to see them all at our meeting on Thursday 1st October when hopefully normal service will be resumed."
N.F ADDS: Pictured here is one of the colourful Brigg in Bloom flower baskets usually to be seen on various railings in the summer but unlikely to appear in 2020, we think, due to the virus emergency. Official confirmation awaited.
