Brigg will have a focal point to commemorate the 75th anniversary of VE Day on Friday (May 8).
The distinctive flower bed, which contains a miniature version of a Second World War landing craft, is adorned with banners, balloons and nautical lifebuoys (see picture below)
If you walk by the WW2 themed display on Friday, stop and reflect on that great day in 1945; if you drive past it on the A18, sound your horn in support.
Victory in Europe was achieved by the Allies when Germany surrendered after six years' conflict.
