PUT THAT LIGHT OUT! BRIGG STREET IS UNLUCKY AGAIN

Is St Helen's Road the unluckiest street in Brigg when it comes to street lighting?
Brigg Blog has previously reported several lights being 'out' for up to 18 months due to faults (since repaired).
Now the curse has struck again, and this lamp remains 'on' during daylight hours, despite the longest day of the year approaching.
Just round the corner, in the short Springfield Road cul-de-sac, both street lights have failed in recent months, with gangs sent out to put things right.
Chief Warden Hodges, on TV comedy Dad's Army, used to bawl: "Put that light out!"
On TV today, host Paddy McGuinness tells his game show contestants: "No likey, no lighty!"
The authorities could be forgiven for coming up with their own catchphrase to describe the St Helen's Road area of Brigg.

Our picture showing the latest faulty light on St Helen's Road was  was taken at 12.15pm on Tuesday, June 12, 2018.

I see It's an old sodium light: is it scheduled for replacement with a new LED one?
