BRIGG IN BLOOM 2018 ADDING COLOUR TO THE TOWN

Flower tubs, planters and baskets across Brigg town centre, and beyond, are displaying attractive, colourful flowers as summer approaches.
Brigg in Bloom 2018 follows on from last year's scheme that was very well received by the public and visitors to the town.
Town councillors and community-minded volunteers have done the spadework through the Brigg in Bloom Committee.
Brigg Town Business Partnership is backing the scheme, and many hanging baskets can be seen outside commercial premises.
Here are a small selection of pictures taken on Friday evening on/near the County Bridge and within the Market Place.
But there are many other colourful displays, including  along the Barnard Avenue railings beside the A18.

These will be viewed by thousands of passing motorists each week and many pedestrians, too.

This planter is near the entrance to the cemetery, off Wrawby Road.
