There are plans to erect a new dwelling on the outskirts of Brigg.
The intention is to remove a building once used as a piggery and replace it with a dwelling/log cabin.
The site is land adjacent to Roselyn, on Westrum Lane, Brigg, but the location is just over the county border.
So West Lindsey District Council will decide whether to grant permission and not the North Lincolnshire unitary authority.
This part of Westrum Lane is within West Lindsey's Kelsey Ward, as is the far end of Bigby High Road, pictured above.
