Brigg Blog was delighted to see pictures posted on Twitter this week by a company engaged in adding a new sports facility in the town.
Fineturf's images showed the installation of an artificial cricket pitch at the Vale Academy.
The company specialises in sports pitches.

The old Vale of Ancholme School produced some fine cricketers, including Nigel Dobbs, who went on to become wicketkeeper in the Lincolnshire Minor Counties team.
Brigg Town Cricket Club played one or two league games on the grass square at the Vale in the late 1970s or early 1980s.
