BEER-BATTERED FISH ON THE MENU IN BRIGG


There are few great British - and Brigg - dishes to match fish and chips. Especially if beer is added to the batter.
So we are pleased to see  'one of each' on offer at the White Hart pub on Bridge Street, with ale flavoured covering for the main ingredient.
"Fresh from Grimsby docks"  this sign above the entrance informs potential diners.
Take your pick - haddock or cod.
