This annual award is presented "in recognition of a feature or location in Brigg which is best considered to have improved the appearance of the town during the previous year."
The winner for 2016 is Brown & Co, of 6 Market Place, "in recognition of the re-development of its new premises in the Market Place."
The Town Council statement said it was a unanimous decision of all the councillors present at the latest monthly meeting in the Angel Suite.
They were all "in full agreement that the office frontage is a great enhancement to the area and that the design has been very skillfully executed."
The presentation to Brown & Co will take place at the Town Mayor Coun Ann Eardley's Civic Charity Banquet on Saturday, March 18 in the Angel Suite.
