Proposed extensions to a residential Brigg property have been approved.
Planning permission has been granted to erect extensions and make alterations to include a ground floor extension and provision of first floor accommodation and the erection of a detached garage at 16 St Helens Road.
However, North Lincolnshire Council has refused an application seeking permission for a roof lift to create living space & replace existing conservatory at 7 Old Mill Lane, Broughton. Planners said the development would result in the loss of residential amenity to a nearby property.
The planning authority has approved an application to erect a single-storey rear extension, first floor side extension and side chimney at 2 Badger Way, Broughton.
Brigg Town Council is objecting to an application seeking approval to erect a detached dwelling with associated works at 1 Bramble Way, Brigg. North Lincolnshire planners will now decide whether to grant permission.
