A new all-weather sports pitch could be established in Brigg.
Sir John Nelthorpe School is interested in having a '3G' on its premises, and it will be available for use by the wider community outside school opening hours.
Reference to the pitch project was made by Coun Rob Waltham as Brigg Town Council considered its budget for the 2020/21 financial year during a meeting held in the Angel Suite Lounge.
The intended facility will be available to male and female footballers and perhaps players of other sports.
Financial support may be provided by the Football Association, it's suggested.
