6 SEMI-DETACHED HOMES PLANNED FOR PUB SITE IN THE BRIGG AREA

New semi-detached houses are planned for a pub site in the Brigg area.
North Lincolnshire Council is now considering whether to grant planning permission to build these new homes.
An application has now been submitted to build three pairs of semi-detached homes on the site of the Railway Inn, on Kings Road, Barnetby, which Brigg Blog pictured recently in the process of being demolished.
Parking spaces for 12 vehicles will be available.
The hostelry - dating back to Victorian times - served its final pint some time ago.
There is a good deal of land behind the pub.
In a separate scheme, submitted by another applicant, outline permission is being sought to build eight 2-storey semi-detached dwellings on land off Woodland Drive, Elsham.
Twelve parking spaces will be available.

Outline planning permission for a residential development of seven dwellings is being requested for land to the rear of the Primary School, Main Street, Kirmington.
North Lincolnshire Council will also decide those applications, in due course.

Listed building consent for part conversion of a farm building (barn) to a dwelling at Grange Farm, Grange Farm Lane, Somerby, is being sought from West Lindsey District Council.
