GO AHEAD FOR WELL-KNOWN BRIGG FIRM'S DEVELOPMENT PLAN

A well-known Brigg business  has been given the go ahead for a new site to be used for storage and distribution.
The location is described as a vacant plot on the town's Atherton Way industrial estate.
Thomas Bell & Sons Ltd, of Bigby Road, Brigg, successfully sought approval for land to the south of Europa Way.
North Lincolnshire Council has now granted planning permission to the firm to erect a warehouse with office, messroom and toilet facilities, car & lorry parking.
Brigg Town Council supported the company's planning application, while no objections were lodged by members of the public.
A report compiled by North Lincolnshire Council planners said the proposed development "is not out of keeping with the uses in the area, nor is it considered to introduce inappropriate uses into this part of Brigg."
It added: "The planning application form states that the hours of operation will be from 4am to 12am, Monday to Saturday, and at no time on Sundays and Bank Holidays."
Thomas Bell Country Store, off Bigby Road, near the A1084 level crossing, offers "everything for the horse & rider, pet lover, country enthusiast and more."
