Coaches will receive £12 an hour, plus 10.7 per cent in lieu of annual leave.

Applicants must have either a Level Two Gym or Exercise to Music qualification, plus additional qualifications in their specific area.
Successful candidates will be required to plan and deliver fitness training sessions to large groups of people. Evening and weekend working will be required. Being able to travel around North Lincolnshire is advantageous.

Cllr Carl Sherwood (Brigg & Wolds), Cabinet Member for Community Wellbeing, said: “With many people aiming to get fit and healthy in the New Year, the group fitness classes at our leisure centres are a great way for people to do just that. With over 150 classes on offer across our five leisure centres, there are plenty to choose from.
“To enable us to provide these classes and support our health and fitness members, we need to ensure that we have qualified fitness coaches to do this.
“Fitness coaches play a vital role in supporting people on their fitness journey. If you have a gym or fitness qualification and want to help others get fit, why not give fitness coaching a go? You could make a big difference to many peoples’ lives.
“The fitness classes on offer suit all abilities and tastes, such as yoga and BodyCombat.”
