LOCAL DERBY FOR BRIGG TOWN IN THE FA VASE ON SATURDAY COULD BE A SELL-OUT

Brigg Town Football Club has a very attractive home game coming up tomorrow (Saturday, September 19) and it could well prove to be a sell out!
The Zebras' first competitive match of the season at the EC Surfacing Stadium (Hawthorns) is a Buildbase FA Vase tie against Winterton Rangers.
This Lincolnshire derby, kicking off at 3pm, is in the first qualifying round.
Pips Kitchen will be open for meals and snacks, and the licensed bar will be operating.
Please note that government restrictions limit crowds to 300 - so early arrival at the ground is strongly recommended. Tickets can be obtained in advance from the Hawthorns clubhouse tonight, from 5pm.
Both teams play in ToolStation Northern Counties East Division One.
Under legendary manager Ralph Clayton, Brigg famously won the FA Vase in 1995/6, beating Clithero in the final played at the original Wembley Stadium.
Town repeated their triumph in 2002/3 when they defeated Sudbury in the final at West Ham's Upton Park ground, again in London.
Both games were very well supported by sports fans from Brigg and district.
Brigg Town Reserves visit Louth Town this Saturday in the Balcan Lighting Suppplies Lincolnshire League Premier.
