NEW COFFEE SHOP & DRIVE THRU PLANNED FOR BRIGG AREA

Plans for a new coffee shop in the Brigg area are to be considered by North Lincolnshire Council decision-makers today.
Motor Fuel Limited is seeking permission to demolish the former Little Chef building at Barnetby Top and replace it with a coffee shop and drive thru facility, with redesigned parking nearby.
The purpose-built structure is planned on a "similar footprint" to the Little Chef building, which has been vacant for a number of years.
The location is given as Motorway Services, C121 between Barnetby Top and Elsham.
This site is bounded by the M180 slip road to the south, the C121 to the east and farmland and woodland to the north and west
The application will be considered by North Lincolnshire Council's Planning Committee when it meets in the Conference Room, Church Square House, Scunthorpe, today (Wednesday, July 3). The meeting starts at 2pm and is open to interested members of the public.
As part of a lengthy agenda, the committee will also consider three other applications from its Brigg & Wolds and Broughton & Appleby Wards.
BROUGHTON: Outline approval for up to 10 dwellings on land off Burnside.
WRAWBY: Outline application for up to six dwellings on land to the west of Kettleby Lane.
ELSHAM: Outline application for eight semi-detached dwellings and construct access, New Street.
Brigg & Wolds representative Coun Nigel Sherwood is chairman of the planning committee.
