BUILDING PERMISSION SOUGHT IN BRIGG
Outline planning permission to erect a dwelling is being sought for one of the longest streets in Brigg.
The application, relating to land adjacent to 56 Bigby High Road, is now being considered by North Lincolnshire Council.
No 56 is the last property on the right on Bigby High Road as you leave the town and head towards Pingley Park and the Garden Centre.
A statement submitted with this application says the site lies to the eastern most edge of Brigg, very close to the unitary authority boundary with West Lindsey.
The site is described as an area of uneven paddock land, not previously developed.
One of the best-known buildings in Barnetby - Stonecroft House Care Home - is the subject of a new planning application. Permission is being sought for change of use from a care home to a dwelling.
Planning permission is being sought to erect a two-storey extension to the front of the property at 10 Mill Croft, Scawby.
In Howsham, approval is being requested to to erect a dwelling on land adjacent Samantha, Main Street.
These applications are also to be decided by North Lincolnshire Council in due course.
