SCHEME TO EXPAND PUB NEAR BRIGG PROGRESSING THROUGH PLANNING SYSTEM

A development scheme for a Brigg area pub is now proceeding through the first phase of the planning process.
No objections to the application, or comments, have been made by Scawby Parish Council.
Peter Carter, mine host at the King William IV pub/restaurant in Scawby Brook, is seeking planning permission to erect a single storey extension and carry out associated alterations to form additional dining accommodation.
The closing date for comments on this application is November 23.
It will go before North Lincolnshire Council planners for a final decision.
