BRIGG ON WORLD TOILET DAY

Trending (as they say) globally on Twitter today is World Toilet Day 2016.
People are really interested in this awareness day and what's behind it; thousands of messages are being sent and read.
In Brigg we have public conveniences in Cary Lane (pictured above) and at East Park, near the Monument war memorial.
They are provided by North Lincolnshire Council, with some off-peak opening times funded by Brigg Town Council.
The Cary Lane toilets, in particular, are very well used from when they open early in the morning until lock-up time in the early evening.
