What's going on behind the security fencing on Cary Lane?
Brigg Blog put the question and Humberside Police told us: "The works are to improve and repair the surface of the car park."
Brigg police station - beside the A18 on Barnard Avenue - is no longer a base for neighbourhood officers. Instead, it is involved with Protecting Vulnerable People.
It is a well-used facility, judging by the number of folk you see going in and out, and also reflected in the need for the car park, whose surface is now being improved.
The car park is accessed from the rear of the station, not from busy Cary Lane.
