Many nurseries, pre-schools and out of school clubs take advantage of the Christmas period to close for at least a week.
This can leave some parents who still have to work in need of alternative childcare.
Family and friends may be able to help but, if you still need assistance, contact us at the Family Information Service for a list of childcare providers who are open over the festive period.
