BRIGG TESCO TIDIES UP THE TOWN

Community work was undertaken by Brigg Tesco this week on the Millennium Green and in other areas of town. 
Litter-picking was carried out, and next year Tesco wants to help with refurbishment of the Green, off Elwes Street.
Other areas visited during the tidy-up included:

• The river bank
• Front of the old Lidl store 
• Behind the old Lidl store
• The car park opposite Tesco's petrol station
• The Donkey Park children's play area, off Almond Grove/Atherton Way.

We gather that many other community-related initiatives are in the pipeline at Brigg's Tesco store and look forward to reporting on them in due course.
