FROM MALCOLM BAILEY, CHAIR OF BRIGG TOWN BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP
Brigg – Great British High Street Finalist!
“We’re delighted to have the judges come and see for themselves on Tuesday 27th October between 11.00am and 1.00pm why we know Brigg is the best High Street in Britain.
One of the team of judges is Peter Donohue of Marks and Spencer.
“We’ve really tried to make our High Street not just good for shoppers, but a real hub for the community and we hope that the things we’ve introduced – like slashing our vacancy rates in half and in encouraging independent stores to take the lead in local business and the community – will impress the judges.

“The whole community has really got behind us in the competition so far and I’d encourage everyone to give us a boost and vote for us online.”
