The Sky Ride local bike rides have got off to a flying start, says North Lincolnshire Council, but there are still lots more rides to take part in this summer throughout North Lincolnshire.
June is a busy month for the local rides, so there is plenty of opportunity to join in.
The bike rides are taking place on:
*    Sunday 2 June in Scunthorpe from the Ridgeway at 10am
*    Saturday 8 June from The Angel in Brigg at 10am
*    Sunday 9 June from Normanby Hall Country Part at 10am
Many people have attended the Sky Ride local rides so far. Make sure you don’t miss out and book your place today.
Rides are suitable for all abilities, whether you are a cycling enthusiast or haven’t ridden a bike for years - just dust off your bike and get cycling again.
Cycling is the perfect way for you to keep fit and healthy as you can work at your own pace while being outdoors in beautiful surroundings.
The local programme offers a series of free, fun, guided bike rides starting at the beginning of May running through to the end of September.
If you would like to join in the Sky Ride local bike rides you will need to register and book your place at www.goskyride.com

The council along with North East Lincolnshire Council is working with British Cycling to provide a series of free bike rides throughout North and North East Lincolnshire as part of the Sky Ride local programme.
Coun Carl Sherwood, of Brigg, Cabinet Member for Customer Services, Sport and Leisure, said: “Sky Ride local bike rides are a great way for all the family to get out and about in North Lincolnshire. The rides have been very popular so far and I’m sure with the summer months ahead more people will want to join in.
