Does Boyes really need planning permission to operate?
Both Brown's old auction house and Boyes are classified as retail premises. There is no significant change of use - ie retail to a restaurant.
The application refers to the style of advertising boards that Boyes are permitted to use.
I wonder how many small local established businesses Boyes will help to close down?
