13 NEW HOMES PLANNED ON OUTSKIRTS OF BRIGG

Thirteen new homes are planned for a site on the outskirts of Brigg.
Cyden Homes Ltd, of Laceby, near Grimsby, is seeking permission for the dwellings, together with means of access, layout  and landscaping.
The location is Pingley Vale, Bigby High Road - close to the A1084 and Brigg Garden Centre.
West Lindsey District Council is now considering the application - the site being just beyond Brigg's boundary with the neighbouring local authority.
The properties proposed will have three, four or five bedrooms and the 13 dwellings will be provided with 26 parking spaces.
The applicant suggests these homes "will provide for high quality market housing in varying floor areas to reflect the demand and profiles of differing family needs."

Cyden Homes Ltd says that if the council supports the application it "will deliver  development  (subject  to  market  conditions)"  as follows:
  • Summer 2018 – Detailed planning approved – construction of housing commenced
  • Early Spring 2019 – First houses ready for occupation
  • Summer 2020 – Development completed

A housing development known as Pingley Park is already established, see below.
