The go ahead has been given to erect a detached chalet bungalow and detached garage just outside Brigg.
North Lincolnshire Council has given planning permission for the buildings on land to the rear of 179 Scawby Road, Scawby Brook.
Approval was granted on February 15, the application having been submitted last July.
A council officer's report said: "With regards to the access being so close to the existing properties, it is considered that due to the limited amount of times the drive would be used for a small dwelling such as this, it is considered that the level of impact would be extremely minor and therefore acceptable."
