BRIGG GO-AHEAD GIVEN

North Lincolnshire Council planners have approved two recent Brigg applications.
The authority has granted permission to erect a detached triple garage at The Waterfront, Cadney Road.
Mr & Mrs F Proctor were the successful applicants, through agent Vic Fowler, JD Associates (DC) Ltd, Brigg.
The council has also given consent  to undertake pruning works on an ash tree within the Brigg Conservation Area, to the rear of 3 Bridge Street.
That application came from Dr Ray Travers, of Kirton-in-Lindsey, through his agent Rob Davison, of Brigg.

West Lindsey District Council has refused an outline planning application to erect a dwelling for an agricultural worker on land at Hall Farm, Thornton Road, South Kelsey.
Brown & Co, of Brigg Market Place, acted as agents for applicants K C & V F Knapton.
