SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING TO CONSIDER LATEST BRIGG PROPOSALS

Brigg Town Council does not usually hold meetings during August, but this year will see an exception because a number of recently submitted planning applications require councillors' consideration.
The Planning & Environment Committee will therefore be convening for a virtual online meeting, using the Zoom system, on Monday, August 17, from 7pm.
Four applications will be considered and any views and comments passed on to North Lincolnshire Council which will make final decisions in each case.

  • Approval of reserved matters following a grant of outline approval PA/2018/1144, dated 13/08/2018, for a residential development, Brigg Kids Club, Glebe Road, Brigg (two new town houses proposed).
  • Erect a single-storey rear extension, 1 Ashdown Close, Brigg.
  • Erect a single-storey rear extension, 37 St Helens Road, Brigg.
  • Remove garage to rear, erect garage to side and replace conservatory with single-storey rear extension, 2 Atkinson Avenue, Brigg.

The chairman of Brigg's Planning & Environment Committee is Coun Brian Parker, the Deputy Town Mayor (pictured in our montage above).
