PLANS FOR RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT IN BRIGG TO BE CONSIDERED


Councillors are to consider plans for residential development in Brigg.
Brigg Town Council's Planning & Environment Committee will look at the outline application during its meeting in the Angel Suite on Monday, July 23, 2018, stating at 6.45pm.
The application is proposing residential development on Glebe Road.

BUSINESS TO BE TRANSACTED

1.    a) To appoint a Chairman of the Planning & Environment Committee for the ensuing year.
      
b) To appoint a Vice-Chairman of the Planning & Environment Committee for the ensuing year.

      2.    To Receive apologies and Approve reasons for absence.

      3.    (a)  To record declarations of interest by any member of the council in respect of the agenda items listed below.  Members declaring interests should identify the agenda item and type of interest being declared.

(b)  To note dispensations given to any member of the council in respect of agenda items listed below.

4.    TO RECEIVE AND APPROVE THE MINUTES, AS CIRCULATED, OF THE COMMITTEE MEETING HELD ON 21 MAY 2018.

5.    To Receive any general correspondence.

6.    a)    To Receive and Note any Applications for Market Consent
                
    b)    To Receive and Consider any Applications for a Grant or Variation of Premises Licence.
   
7.    To Receive the update on outstanding issues from the Clerk

8.    a) TO CONSIDER ANY PLANNING APPLICATIONS RECEIVED, INCLUDING ANY ADDITIONAL PLANS PUBLICISED BUT RECEIVED AFTER THE AGENDA WAS CIRCULATED:      
 

  • Outline planning permission for a residential development including demolition of existing building with all matters reserved for subsequent approval at Brigg Kids Club, Glebe Road, Brigg, DN20 8QG
  • Planning permission to erect a single storey extension including demolition of existing conservatory at 6 East Parade, Brigg, DN20 8QL
  • Planning permission for the retention of Wressle-1 wellsite and access track for the production of hydrocarbons, together with an extension of the site by 0.12 ha for the installation of additional security facilities; site reconfiguration to facilitate the installation of a new impermeable membrane, French drain and surface water interceptor; construction of a new bund, tanker loader plinth and internal roadway system; installation of up to 2 additional groundwater monitoring boreholes and deepening of 3 existing groundwater monitoring boreholes; well operation; installation of production facilities and equipment; instillation of gas engine and electrical grid connection; oil and gas production for a temporary period of 15 years; and restoration to arable land at Wressle-1 wellsite, Lodge Farm, Clapp Gate, Appleby, DN15 0DB

b) TO NOTE THE DECISIONS RECEIVED FROM NORTH LINCOLNSHIRE COUNCIL REGARDING PREVIOUS APPLICATIONS
