Further details are now to hand about what Brigg will be contributing to The Great British Spring Clean 2018 by tidying up the town by looking out litter.
Our town's event will take place from 10am on Saturday, March 3.
Community-minded folk willing to help are asked to meet at the Bandstand, in the Market Place, and will be issued with the necessary equipment.
The message from the organisers is: "Let's have lots of volunteers to get Brigg cleaned up ready for the new planting season, and see if we can score higher in this year's In Bloom competition."
At its latest meeting, Brigg Town Council agreed to support this national initiative.
