It's some time since North Lincolnshire Council removed This Old House (above) which stood between the Old Courts Road car park (to the right of picture) and the former Brigg Urban District Council town hall/civic offices, off Cary Lane, still in use as local authority offices.
Below, we see how the cleared site looks today - just an area of grass. You could get a shop unit or two on it, facing the car park. Or a two-storey block of starter homes - always in demand. Failing that, take down the fence and add a bit of welcome additional car parking to benefit local businesses.
This Old House was latterly used for storage by the council.
