Brigg has general markets, with a range of stalls, on Thursdays and Saturdays and a monthly farmers' market.
The council also manages the markets in Scunthorpe and Ashby.
The authority is offering money-off vouchers for shoppers, plus £10 for two weeks' stall rental to help new market traders get started.
For shoppers there will be free tasting sessions, entertainment, free give-aways, and the chance to win a £50 voucher to spend in any of the three markets - Scunthorpe, Brigg and Ashby.
"There’s never been a better time to love your local market," the council says, highlighting the following reasons to shop at the stalls.
- Fresh local produce at affordable prices
- Low-cost stall rental
- Personal service
- Stress-free shopping
- Friendly atmosphere
John Fullerton, Markets Operation Manager at North Lincolnshire Council, said: “You’ve heard of your local supermarket; well you are about to experience a different kind of super market, full of quality fresh and tasty produce – some of it locally sourced. You’ll be surprised at what you’ll find."
