FUN RUN AT SIR JOHN NELTHORPE SCHOOL, BRIGG

We held a Fun Run back in November and raised £940 for charity.  We decided to donate this year to The British Heart Foundation.  
Brian Taylor came to school on Monday as the British Heart Foundation representative and accepted the cheque and presented the school with a certificate to thank us for all our efforts.  The photograph shows the headteacher of Sir John Nelthorpe, Mr Biglands (left), Adam Clarvis (year 9) and Joshua Topps (year 8) presenting the cheque to Mr Brian Taylor, right.  
The two boys were chosen because they were the two highest fundraisers in school. The Fun Run is run annually and we have a very high participation rate.
