CHANGE OF USE APPROVED FOR BRIGG BUILDINGS

A Brigg planning application first lodged last May has finally been decided.
North Lincolnshire Council has granted permission for buildings adjoining one of our pubs.
Approval has been given for change of use of ancillary outbuildings  to the rear of the  Nelthorpe Arms, on Bridge Street,  to class B1 (business, offices, research and development of products and processes, light industry).
