In each case, a final decision on whether to grant permission rests with North Lincolnshire Council, as the planning authority.
The town council raised no objection to:
- First floor extension, 10 Sunningdale Avenue.
- Rebuilding part of existing single storey extension, first floor rear extension and new bay window, 48 Albert Street.
- Factory extension, Rocal Ltd, Atherton Way
- Non-material amendment relating to reducing the size of approved extension, 29 Bigby High Road.
The application for the extension to Rocal's premises, prompted Coun Penny Smith to comment: "We need industry."
