BRIGG ENJOYS 20-20 VISION OF FUTURE

A public consultation session will be held about the new Brigg Community-Led Plan. This is a 24-page document - produced through talking to many Brigg residents of all ages - which sets out a blueprint for how the community wants our town to be in the years to come.
The public consultation will be on Monday, May 14 at Demeter School (formerly Brigg Prep) in Bigby Street, from 7pm.
Coun the Rev Alec Depledge (pictured), who has chaired the group producing the Plan, says it is also hoped to consult the public during the Queen Diamond Jubilee celebrations on June 4.
Following a period of public consultation, it is intended to present the final document on September 22.
Currently, the First Draft is available and under consideration.
Those who have not yet seen it can obtain printed copies at the Brigg Town Council office in the Angel, during working hours, on you can download it now from www.briggmarkettown.co.uk
