BRIGG TRADERS TO CELEBRATE JUBILEE IN STYLE

A great Jubilee event is to be staged by the Brigg Traders' Business Partnership in the Angel Suite on bank holiday Monday, June 4 - the day when the town will be holding major events in the town centre (morning) and at the Recreation Ground (afternoon).
The BTBP is to celebrate with a hip-swinging, toe-tapping 1950s Queen's Jubilee Dance.
It will feature music from Mel Oliver and the Gang, a disco by Brigg's Pete Boston, Buffet by The Loft and a bar from the Black Bull.
Tickets, costing £17.50, are now available from Grandad's Shed, Wrawby Street, and other BTBP retailers (there are now about 50 of them).
Organiser Paul Keane promises a fantastic evening which will get all businesses together.
Guests are being invited to go along in 1950s-style dress.
