BRIGG PUB GAINS FIVE STAR BEER QUALITY RATING

A Brigg pub has been complemented on its ale in a quality assessment.
The Black Bull, on Wrawby Street, announced that it achieved a five star rating from the independent assessors at Beer Marque, whose strapline is "quality from beer to glass."
The hostelry stresses that although it offers beer at cheap prices "cheap does not mean inferior."
The management says: "We are very proud!" and suggests that only around eight per cent of UK pubs achieve five stars.
In July we reported that Andy and Tracey Noon had taken over at the Black Bull and posted a lengthy feature about them. View details through this link...
This popular Craft Union outlet is still offering free Sunday morning bacon butties.
