BRIGG PREMISES SEEKING AUTHORISATION FOR 'OUTSIDE' TABLES & CHAIRS


An application seeking authorisation to put tables and chairs outside business premises within Brigg town centre is to be considered by councillors during a meeting tomorrow.
This relates to Grandad’s Shed, 10 Wrawby Street, and is one of the items to be considered by Brigg Town Council's Planning & Environment Committee when it meets in the Angel Suite Lounge on Monday, October 28, from 6.30pm.
Businessman Paul Keane is seeking authorisation for the tables and chairs to be outside from 9am to 4pm, Monday to Saturday inclusive.
He has made an application to North Lincolnshire Council for authorisation to place what is defined as "an obstruction" on or over "the highway."
Brigg Town Council is being consulted as part of the process but the North Lincolnshire unitary authority will make the final decision.
Monday night's meeting is open to interested members of the public.
