A new restaurant/bar in Brigg * has been given the go-ahead.
And at least 10 new jobs are expected to be created as a result of the project.
North Lincolnshire Council has now approved a planning application to create the facility in a new building at Brigg Marina (see picture below by Ken Harrison, of Brigg Matters Magazine).
The local authority has added a condition that hours of operation shall be 8am to 11pm.
Brigg Marina Ltd is creating 27 holiday home lodges on the site off Mill Lane and close to the Old River Ancholme.
* The site is within Scawby parish, despite the site address being "land at Brigg Marina, Mill Lane, Brigg." Scawby Parish Council raised no objection to the proposed development.
