BRIGG COMMUNITY CINEMA PREMIERE

Brigg Community Cinema is getting ready to screen its first film at the Angel Suite.
Attending the film at the town centre venue on Saturday, September 30 will bring back memories for older Brigg folk who frequented the Grand Cinema, on Wrawby Street, until it closed in the mid-1960s.
Doors for September 30's premiere will open at 7pm and the film will start at 7.30pm.
The Lost City of Z (15 certificate) tells the incredible true story of British explorer Percy Fawcett (Charlie Hunnam), who journeyed  into the Amazon region at the dawn of the 20th century.
Directed by James Gray, it also stars Sienna Miller and Robert Pattison.
There will be a pop up bar with soft and alcoholic drinks available, plus food and "traditional cinema snacks."
Admission to the film will be £3.50p, payable on the door - tickets being available on a first come, first served basis.
No-one under the age of 15 will be admitted.
