It proved to be something of a bitter sweet day for Brigg Town FC yesterday (Saturday, September 16).
The Zebras lost 2-1 at home to FC Bolsover, Cameron Hill scoring the Brigg goal four minutes from time.
This result sent Brigg to the foot of the table in division one of the Toolstation Northern Counties East League.
However, the healthy crowd of 168 spectators was the highest of the day in this section of the competition where 11 matches took place.
Six games were watched by fewer than 100 fans.
On Tuesday, September 19 Brigg visit Rossington Main (7.45pm KO) for their next league game.
