The Briggensians' Association - representing former pupils and staff of Sir John Nelthorpe School, Brigg Grammar and Brigg Girls' High - has two sporting reunions coming up this week.
The annual hockey match will be played on Thursday, September 14 on the "Blue Astro" pitch at Brigg Recreation Ground, from 6.30pm to 7.30pm.
Football and netball games will take place on Friday, September 15 at Sir John Nelthorpe School, 6pm start.
If you are an ex-pupil, go along and take part or just spectate at what are known as Winter Sports Reunions.
It's usual after Briggensians' sports games for some of the participants to pop to a local hostelry for a drink or two.

After the Youth v Experience cricket match in July many of us "seniors" nipped down to Wetherspoon's White Horse pub/restaurant, but on other occasions the players have used the Yarborough Hunt and the Britannia Inn.
If we get some inside information about the social venue(s) pencilled in for Thursday and Friday we'll let you know.
