DEATH OF WELL-KNOWN BRIGG MAN

Brigg Blog was sad to hear that a well-known member of the community has passed away.
Roy Booth had a very long association with the Black Bull pub, in the town centre, until a few years ago.
He lived on the premises and during opening hours would occupy his favoured seat in the corner near the bar.
Roy would assist with collecting  glasses from the tables during busy spells.
Latterly he had been living in a local residential home.
Funeral arrangements have yet to be announced.
