Brigg in Bloom scheme planters are now in place on the landmark County Bridge spanning the Old River Ancholme.
They have been fixed to railings on both sides of the structure to await the arrival of flowering plants.
Others are in place nearby alongside the towpath and on railings beside the A18 roundabout near Lidl's store.
The planters are part of a Brigg Town Council initiative to add colour to various locations.
