BRIGG RECREATION GROUND PROGRESS REPORT

More details may emerge about the long-awaited redevelopment of Brigg Recreation Ground.
There's been little or nothing new to report for many weeks, but Brigg Town Cricket Club, which is scheduled to return from Brocklesby Park to play at the Rec in 2015, is expected to give a "ground update" to a cricket league meeting on Wednesday night (July 22).
Brigg Town CC plays in the Lincolnshire County Cricket League.
A planning application, submitted last year, is still under consideration by North Lincolnshire Council.
Football, hockey and tennis facilities are included, together with a brand new changing room block.
