WELCOME CASH FOR BRIGG SINGERS, BOWLERS & RAINBOWS

Brigg Bowling Club, off Dudley Road
Brigg Bowling Club has been awarded £2,800  towards the cost of installing a security gate and concrete path. 
This will help minimise vandalism and the path will assist access for disabled users. 
Brigg Singers have been awarded £1,580 to help with their Brigg Singers on the Move scheme. 
It will go towards buying music, coach hire and attending a choir festival in Leicester. 
1st Brigg Rainbows have been awarded £135 to help with the cost of hiring premises at Demeter House, Bigby Street. 
Both these allocations come from North Lincolnshire Council's Community Grant Fund.
Coun Carl Sherwood (Brigg & Wolds), Cabinet Member for Leisure and Customer services, said: “Through the Community Grant Funding we are able to provide support to local groups that made a difference in their community. Not only does it support groups but individuals as well to help them achieve their goals. 
“It is great to see what a difference the funding has made for so many groups and watch individuals to go on to be successful.
