Planning permission is being sought to erect a conservatory at the front of an existing property in Brigg.
The location is Clare Cottage, Eastfield Road, which is off Wrawby Road.
North Lincolnshire Council planners will decide whether to grant permission, but Brigg Town Council will be consulted as part of the process.
